Antique Solid Leather Mitts

Antique Solid Leather Mitts. In great condition, some stiffing from age. 

Unsure purpose, could be blacksmithing or cooking gloves, covered in many cut marks. Quite large, would accommodate most hand sizes (though probably best suited for display!)
