IT'S HERE! We've had so many offers over the past year and heard from so many tens of thousands of you that we needed to make a Mr Skelly Book, so we have! This is our children's book which features age-appropriate and timelessly relatable life lessons and 100% hand illustrated works by the 1924us studio. We are still working hard on the final page count, cover details, and story, but the preorder allows you to save some money in exchange for waiting a bit, and helping to support our cause and art work! I haven’t bought children’s books in a long time, since my own kids have long since grown up. I never buy coffee-table books at all—for ideological reasons. With mr. Skelly, however, I broke the pattern. i have admired the author's aesthetics and creative vision for quite a while.
The book warms its readers' hearts with its wonderfully hand-crafted illustrations and its simple yet deep text, carrying an inspiring and supportive message. Congratulations on the first edition, and I sincerely hope there will be more to come!

I love the book and It’s really sweet how the drawings are put together in the book. I thought it would be longer, but that leaves room for fürther books. It would probably be a cool gift but I am keeping it on my bookshelf for everyone to see. :)

the book is so marvelously written and designed. it...he, mr. skelly, adds so much to my life and brings me joy!
my best friend, therapist, confidant, roommate is "skelly". He is quite festive, dressing up for any & all celebrations, takes trips with me to the mountains, has gone kayaking, bicycle riding, wagon riding, hiking, he greets people, he helped me through the move and my divorce, and most of all - is always there for me. he has a 3-d printed anatomical heart made in austria (from etsy), which suits him perfectly.
when your book arrived, i read it aloud to him. i know he laughed and cried with me. it is so wonderful.
