Unsatisfactory
I ordered the book in November 2025. It never arrived despite the email notification it arrived in my country. Only in March 2026 did i receive email from this site that the shipment returned as " unclaimed ". I was given the option to get the book shipped again, but to pay the shipment fee again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional business.
