Preorders

Preorders are shipped on or shortly after the launch date stated in the product listing.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we offer split fulfilment upon request for an additional shipping fee.

Shipping Locations

We operate fulfilment centres in both Australia and North America and ship worldwide.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the warehouse from which your order is dispatched. Most orders shipped from Australia arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. US orders are shipped via USPS.
