Our first ever set of fully designed and made custom playing cards by the 1924us studio. In the past we have had our hands in several collaborations for American made playing cards, but never took on the opportunity to do our own deck - until now.Inspired by heritage, and the influences of the 1924us brand, the Russian Prison Tattoo playing cards features illustrations that focus on the imagery of mortality, along with the idea of freedom: reclaiming some old designs and turning them into positive messages for a deck of playing cards that give a high quality look into playing your favourite card games. In keeping with the legacy of traditional prison cards, the number cards do not have corner indices, only the suit repeated the amount of times for the number; this adds a fun new dimension to a lot of your favourite card games! Featuring letter-press and gold foil, fully made in America.
